Action-packed camps that build confidence, strength, and focus while kids have a blast.

Ages: Grades 1–6 · up to 12
When: 9:00am – 2:00pm · Monday–Friday

Adults

Our adult program is designed to challenge you, push your limits, and unlock your potential. Our safety-oriented classes for all ages and genders include:

Combatives: boxing, kickboxing & self-defense
MMA: kickboxing, clinch, takedowns & jiu-jitsu
BJJ: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu grappling techniques & sparring
Muay Thai: authentic Muay Thai kickboxing technique & sparring

What age can my child start?

Our youngest Little Dragons are 4 years old, and we have classes for every age through adults.

Do I need experience to start?

No. Most students walk in with none. Your free intro is built for total beginners.

What styles do you teach?

We teach Freestyle Mixed Martial Arts which includes grappling, kickboxing, and practical self-defense for kids, teens & adults. We also have a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program and Muay Thai Kickboxing for Teens & Adults.

Where are you and who do you serve?

We're at 5768 Paradise Dr in Corte Madera, on the frontage road by Ferguson's Plumbing. We serve families across Marin including Corte Madera, Larkspur, Greenbrae, Tiburon, Mill Valley, San Rafael, and Sausalito.
